We are a family owned cleaning service located in Panama City Beach (PCB), Florida. We provide cleaning services to home & businesses. We specialize in condo cleaning and vacation rental cleanings. We clean to perfection!

Turnover Clean: It's What We Do

Turnover Clean Includes all of the following:

Wash linens - Each client has their own bag and we take the linens with us. Your linens only get washed with your own items!
All bedding
Check under beds and nightstands/dressers.
Clean all bathrooms (tubs/shower, sink(s), mirrors, toilets, etc)
Clean appliances in kitchen that are on counter top
Stove top and wipe down of oven (can deep clean oven upon special request)
Clean refrigerator, microwave, counter tops
Put away dishes
Lightly dust
Living room standard cleaning
Patio and patio window clean
Clean remotes and remove fingerprints on tv
Steam mop and vacuum all floors
If you allow pets will be additional fee and may require more time

We try to accommodate special requests and offer a Deep Clean that includes:

Baseboards
move furniture clean underneath
Windows
Light fixtures
Oven(deep clean)
Refrigerator(deep clean)
Cabinets
Fan
Dust heavily
Everything else in Turnover Clean
Any special request

About Us

We provide quality service and pride ourselves on communication.

Aveda products and or dove products (include shampoo, conditioner, soap, makeup wipe). We provide one toilet paper roll per bathroom and one paper towel roll per kitchen and 2 dish tablets, dish soap,sponge,trash linens, and special request from our clients We will try to accommodate.

Clients will have their own linen bag and we will wash

Clients will have their own linen bag and we will wash them and bring back on turnover day cleaning. We ask clients to provide 2 sets of linens and towels, wash clothes, hand towels 2 per person per stay. would need double for turnover clean.
